When did weed become legal? Oaksterdam University specializes in teaching people how to produce and sell their own cannabis. They have a lot of airtime on the radio proclaiming cannabis safer than alcohol. They also have an interesting curriculum. That whole campus probably smells like patchouli oil.

Oaksterdam University Curriculum

I went camping at Yosemite for Labor Day weekend. It was a great time but most of the meals we ate were not ideal for your digestive health: hot dogs, bratwursts, pizza¹ , sandwiches, spam, chips, and beer. For essentially 4 days (Fri – Mon) I didn’t have a quality movement².

Coincidentally at work we’ve been talking about colon cleanse treatments like Colon Blow because it just sounds like a good idea to clear things out once in a while. Metamucil has long been on my mind after reading about the “legendary, immaculate no-wiper³“

Inspired by the poor quality of my movements, work, and Jack Black I went to GNC to investigate the various possibilities for colon cleansing. There was a lot of stuff there: powders, pills, juices, enemas, and some other stuff. I doubt I’ll ever be so desperately constipated that I’ll cram a tube up my ass so the enemas were definitely out. I settled on ground psyllium seed husks because it was the cheapest stuff (~$9) and sounded least likely to cause massive diarrhea.

Having tried the recommended dosage of psyllium seed husks for the past 4 days, I can safely say that psyllium seed husks are the shit (pun intended). The many benefits: according to Wii Fit I lost about 2 lbs and less wipes (not no-wipers). Awesome.

Gametrailers.com has a wealth of great gameplay videos for Call of Duty: World at War (CoD 5). This trailer has a lot of action but for some reason the graphics just don’t look as compelling as Modern Warfare. Nevertheless, I can’t wait until it comes out later this year. I doubt it will beat the weaponry in CoD 4. It would be awesome if they could get 4 players on a machine only like Halo. There is a a severe lack of party games out there right now.
