Fox has episodes of its Hell’s Kitchen reality series available online through the show’s MySpace pages. I haven’t seen this one myself because I think it’s a little over the top. This show is exactly like Bravo’s Top Chef although I don’t know which is better or which was first. I saw Anthony Bourdain doing some guest judging for Top Chef; the judges were all tearing into the contestants — I’m not sure who won.

Now that Bourdain is totally famous he risks overexposure. I’ve been a big Bourdain fan since Kitchen Confidential on Food Network — although it appears he despised that show. His series on the Travel Channel continues to be a favorite re-run show of mine. I’m not sure how they do it but the producers really made it a delight to re-watch old episodes, I wish they would mix episodes from earlier seasons into their re-run rotation.
