Daly City photo photo enforced traffic tickets are not always real

If you ever get a notice in the mail that you ran a red light, make sure that it is a real ticket and read the Highway Robbery website immediately. It could save you hundreds of dollars.

About a month ago I receive a letter in the mail addressed from the Daly City Police Department via Arizona. That was odd. In the envelope I found what appeared to be a ticket and some photos of my car going through a red light. The letter demanded that I fill out a form with some specific information:

(A) Was I the driver?
(B) If I was not the driver who was it? Fill in the driver’s license information and address.
(C) in the fine print it says “DO NOT CONTACT THE COURT” regarding this ticket.

Why did it say not to contact the court? Because it was a “snitch” ticket. The Daly CIty Police Department and Redflex Traffic Systems of Arizona sent me a menacing looking FAKE TICKET to trick me into giving up my wife’s contact information so that they could send her a real ticket. A real ticket that will cost $446 AND 1 point on her driver’s license in CA (or possibly 3 points in Michigan because of state driving record reciprocity) AND consequently higher auto insurance premiums.

So, before you fill out any forms from the Police Department, make sure it is a REAL and GENUINE ticket. Learn how to identify real vs. snitch tickets and Fight red light camera tickets by visiting HighwayRobbery.net.
